EngagedMD is currently seeking a Remote DevOps Engineer to help design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure for our patient journey application used by over 1 million users nationwide and internationally.

As a Remote DevOps Engineer at EngagedMD, you will have the opportunity to work fully remotely and collaborate closely with our engineering and operations teams. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Designing and implementing infrastructure and automation scripts to support the deployment and management of our software applications on AWS

  • Collaborating with the engineering team to implement continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Troubleshooting issues with systems and applications
  • Collaborating with operations staff to plan and roll-out updates
  • Staying up-to-date on AWS and DevOps best practices and integrating them at EngagedMD

To be successful in this role, you should have 5+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a dev ops engineering role. You should also have strong knowledge of AWS services, experience with configuration management tools, proficiency in our stack (Node.js) or related language (Javascript, Typescript), and experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

Additionally, it's nice to have at least a passing familiarity with the fertility and/or healthcare industries, an AWS certification, experience with agile development methodologies, experience with code and version control systems, and experience with database administration.

At EngagedMD, we offer competitive compensation and equity, heavily subsidized medical, dental, and vision coverage, open paid time off, paid family and medical leave, generous paid holidays, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan.
