At TradeLink, we're seeking a Staff Engineer with expertise in Ruby+React to join our team. And the best part? We welcome applicants of all genders!

As a Staff Engineer at TradeLink, you will have the opportunity to design, build, and maintain highly scalable and available systems that meet the needs of our business and customers. You will take ownership of a technical domain, managing a backlog prioritized by business impact and working on cross-team topics ahead of implementation.

We value innovation and staying current with emerging technologies, so bring your new ideas and fresh perspective to the team!

In order to succeed in this mission, you should have at least 7 years of experience in Software Engineering. You should also be able to guide strategic architecture-related discussions and bring practical solutions to the table. Demonstrated expertise in designing and building highly scalable products is a must, as is a strong proficiency in dynamically-typed programming languages like Ruby and SQL.

Experience with software development practices such as Agile, TDD, and BDD is highly desirable. Additionally, an understanding of DevOps and Database Management will give you an edge in this role.

We offer a competitive salary range of €65K - €120L per year and a full-time remote work arrangement. Our company operates in Europe and Africa, so you can work from anywhere within these regions. However, please note that we are specifically looking for candidates located within 2 hours of UTC +2 (Central European Summer Time - Berlin time).

Join our team at TradeLink and be part of our mission to build scalable and innovative systems that make a difference. Apply now!
