As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building enterprise-level financial processing systems that handle millions of transactions worldwide. You will work closely with our technical team to develop highly scalable and secure systems that connect prepaid cards to web, mobile, and API interfaces.

Your typical day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Positioning, architecting, and supporting the implementation of cloud-based solutions using AWS, Azure, and OCI services.
  • Designing, building, and migrating applications, software, and services on the cloud platforms.
  • Providing technical presentations to explain our products and services to clients.
  • Ensuring that our infrastructure is automated, secure, and user-friendly for our developers.
  • Identifying and evaluating new technologies and contributing to the development of new services.
  • Supporting our existing test and production environments and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Collecting metrics to measure the improvement and effectiveness of our products.
  • Collaborating with product owners, application engineers, and security teams to improve the stability and security of our infrastructure.

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 6 years of experience as a cloud engineer. You should be familiar with public cloud services like Azure, AWS, and GCP, as well as configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, and Chef. Experience with infrastructure deployment using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and ARM templates is also necessary.

We value individuals who are passionate about identifying bottlenecks in engineering lifecycles and automating them. You should have a strong understanding of cloud services and best practices, particularly with AWS and Azure SDKs. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also important.

If you have an eye for security and experience with Kubernetes or other workload managers, that would be a bonus!

Join us at Paymentology and be part of a team that is revolutionizing the financial processing industry. Apply now and take the next step in your cloud engineering career!
