As part of this exciting new team, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact by developing tools and resources that reduce provider and client reliance on our CX team. This means empowering providers and clients to answer questions and solve problems independently. You will also play a crucial role in improving our operational processes by implementing new internal tooling that enhances efficiency, particularly for our activation and CX teams.

In this role, you will have the chance to work on both member-facing and internal-facing features. You will tackle projects related to onboarding, scheduling, billing, and client management. By bringing your experimental mindset and leveraging research and data, you will make informed, data-driven decisions. We expect you to have a strong understanding of code versioning tools like Git.
