The Mission

We are currently hiring for the position of Lead Cybersecurity Data Analyst at Claroty, a leading cybersecurity company based in North America. This is a full-time remote position that offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and help protect organizations from cyber threats.

As a Lead Cybersecurity Data Analyst, you will be a key member of the data department, which plays a crucial role in the growth and success of Claroty. Your main responsibilities will include leading a small team in conducting end-to-end cybersecurity research activities for our public sector solutions in the United States. This will involve investigating new protocols used by IoT, OT, or IoMT technologies, detecting and resolving false positives, and solving asset classification issues in customer environments.

In addition, you will be responsible for supporting sales by providing technical resources for proof-of-concept projects, creating customer-facing dashboards and reports, collecting and enriching data through external sources, and collaborating with customers and internal teams to drive sales and customer success. You will also work closely with our product team to enhance our visibility capabilities.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience investigating networks to identify network anomalies and threats, as well as 2 years of team management experience. You should have a deep understanding of network security, networking concepts, and communication protocols. Experience in reviewing and analyzing raw network traffic and familiarity with network protocols used in biomedical, OT/ICS, or corporate IT settings is highly desirable. Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL database technologies, as well as Python, is also preferred.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about data and eager to learn new things. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are essential, as you will be collaborating with various stakeholders. You should also have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively. The ideal candidate is open-minded, flexible, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This is a remote position, but occasional travel to Israel may be required (15% of the time). It is important to note that only US citizens will be considered for this position, as there is a potential for security clearance in the future.

We are offering a competitive base salary ranging from $215,000 to $250,000, commensurate with experience. Please keep in mind that this estimate does not include equity. Individuals who fall outside of the salary band are still encouraged to apply.

At Claroty, we value our employees and strive to create a diverse and inclusive work environment. We believe in putting people first, obsessing over our customers, striving for excellence, and maintaining integrity.

If you are passionate about cybersecurity and data analysis and want to be part of a leading company in the industry, we would love to hear from you. Apply today and join our team at Claroty!
