As a Lead Back-End Developer at Aldrin Labs, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and deploying highly secure, scalable, and maintainable backend services for our decentralized exchange. You will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with traders and our team of developers, enhancing your knowledge of building high-performance scalable applications and understanding the broader system architecture and cryptocurrency market.

Your typical day-to-day tasks will include developing backend services for our new products, such as our centralized and decentralized exchange platform, as well as other internal applications as needed. You will utilize your expertise in Node.js and Golang to deliver innovative solutions. Additionally, you will work with Express.js, Docker, Kubernetes, and TypeScript, gaining valuable experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS. A strong understanding of database schema design and networking concepts will also be required, as well as experience with high load applications and performance tuning.

While professional experience of 5+ years in Node.js and proven programming skills in Golang are minimum requirements, any experience working with large codebases and distributed teams will be beneficial. Knowledge of NoSQL and RDBMS database systems like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB will be valuable as well.
