To be a perfect fit, you should have at least 3 years of experience in React.js or Angular.js, follow best practices, and have knowledge in CI/CD and related tools. An upper-intermediate level of English is required, and having a sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently will contribute to your success. It's also nice to have basic back-end knowledge for minor back-end tasks when needed.
