As a Senior Full-Stack Web Developer, your main responsibility will be to develop and maintain web applications for Lemon.io's client, an established cargo shipping company with over 6,000 employees worldwide. You will be working with a team of 500 developers who specialize in AI, Web3, and Legacy systems. With over 50 projects running per year, you will have plenty of opportunities to showcase your skills and contribute to the success of the team.

Your typical day-to-day tasks will include:

• Developing and maintaining web applications using Java, Spring, and React.
• Implementing Functional Programming and Java Streams.
• Collaborating with the team to develop a reactive UI using Reactive JS.
• Writing unit and integration tests using Junit, Jasmin, Mockito, and Protractor/Selenium.
• Building micro-services-based architecture using Spring Boot/Cloud.
• Working with DevOps tools and Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment.
• Designing, developing, and deploying cloud and hybrid-based solutions.
• Developing and deploying in container-based environments such as Kubernetes and Cloud Foundry.
• Collaborating with other team members to assess and improve information solutions and products.
• Prioritizing and planning complex work in a rapidly changing environment.
• Switching between different tasks and technologies with ease.
• Solving problems and thinking critically to overcome any challenges that may arise.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science, along with at least 5 years of experience in Java, Spring, and React development. Experience with Functional Programming, Java Streams, and TDD/BDD development is also required.

In addition to technical skills, you should have strong problem-solving abilities, be a self-starter, and have the ability to work effectively in a team. Good verbal and written English communication skills are a must.

• BSc in Software Engineering or BS degree in Computer Science
• 5+ years of experience in Java and Spring

• 4+ years of experience in front-end development, specifically React and other modern JavaScript Frameworks/libraries
• Experience with developing a reactive UI (Reactive JS)
• 2+ years of experience in TDD/BDD development with Junit, Jasmine, Mockito, and Protractor/Selenium
• 2+ years of experience in micro-services-based architecture and tools (Spring Boot/Cloud)
• Experience in DevOps development and Jenkins
• Experience in development in Kotlin (an advantage)
• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying cloud/hybrid-based solutions
• Experience in developing and deploying in Container-based environments (Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry)
• Familiarity with design concepts such as micro-services, service discovery, and circuit breaker
• Strong problem-solving skills
